Red brick and raw concrete interior decoration

This modest home, both as a living and working area, is located in an industrial area of ​​the city of Queretaro, Mexico. The aim of the project was to renovate the building dating back to the 1980s and to protect some materials, such as brick and raw concrete ceilings.

The courtyard array allows the house to be ventilated naturally and remain under natural light. By the way, brick and concrete for the walls were chosen, because they create contrast. The main challenge was to do more with less, the goal was to have a studio on the ground floor, a new apartment on the first floor and to maximize the living space both inside and out. outside.
