The concept of Atisuto means "artist" in Japanese; Inspired by the sushi restaurants in Japan's major cities, it creates a unique atmosphere where the bustle of urban life and the creativity of cuisine combine. Inspired by avant-garde artists who are obsessed with Japanese culture, the design can draw inspiration from an industrial space and express themselves freely by painting directly on walls and floors. Atisuto team worked closely with Mojo Design to ensure that the design is sustainable and environmentally friendly. Most materials come from local businesses or neighboring countries. In general, furniture and decoration were purchased from suppliers and companies in the United Arab Emirates.
