Overhauling a penthouse interior built in the early 1990s is certainly much easier than having to reorganize a Victorian or Georgian house! But that doesn't mean it's easy, you still need some innovative design solutions and a good mix of ideas and functions to get the job done. We immediately realized that this loft lacked vertical space and that the architects used this function fully by emphasizing the high ceilings in a subtle and elegant way. The living room is made of a fireplace, decorated in side, neutral tones are used in generous amounts of gray, while pillows and accessories add a splash of bright colors. A beautiful and contemporary kitchen with a cheerful atmosphere and a style reminiscent of the 50s, an ingenious dining area is on the lower level. Walnut is widely used throughout the house, including this upstairs staircase with office, main suite and a small work area for adults in the family to keep an eye on the lower level.
