This was our second consecutive Christmas by the sea. We went to the Caribbean last year (see photos of the incredible location we found in Dominica, where Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp are hiding from the world), but this year we spent in Cornwall; There are two different scenarios, but both are ruled by powerful seas. Cornwall has the extreme southwest end of England, bounded to the north and west by the Celtic Sea and south by the British Channel; is a famous area and popular with stunning cliffs, charming fishing villages and mine history. If you don't fit into New Quay, you can fly to Bristol and rent a car (it takes three and four hours depending on which part of Cornwall you want to get to) or Train to London (4 or 5 depending on where you go) hours). Summer is the best season, allowing you to enjoy time, beautiful nature and beaches (even if I tell you, being in the water for more than three minutes is great for a few people). The weather is extremely variable and fast at Christmas, but although temperatures are milder than most of England, it is generally very rainy. To follow, some of my photos in the south of Cornwall, to convince you….
