The restaurant of Masseria Le Carrube

 It is almost a monastery s restaurant between Masseria Le Carrube in Ostuni, Puglia. Architecture is so beautiful that there is no need to decorate. Traditional farms in this wonderful area have white calcareous exterior walls and internal stone walls for better thermal insulation. The restaurant is headed by Massimo Santoro, a vegetarian.
