I was born in Emilia Romagna in central-central Italy, in Bassa Parmense, on flat terrain like ham and Parmesan, as well as many other delicacies, numerous castles and a famous table for artistic wonders and climate. extreme and humid, very hot in summers and dipped in a dense mist like winter milk. I've lived a good part of my life in Rome, but I'm absorbed. This is the home of my country and my family's memories. This is where I will be buried one day (leisurely, I will add). In this field, whether famous or not, bright and eccentric personalities were born. Perhaps the extreme climate creates passion in the souls of these lands. One of my father's cousins is a good collector who has found many kinds of beautiful pieces over the years. My cousin is an award-winning photographer who has witnessed the situation in Congo for years. At Easter I also met a very interesting and genuinely pleasant person as well as the people of Bassa; an interior designer living in a charming house filled with magnificent hotel pieces and pieces of historical design furniture. O + deco is a loyal reader! I always return with pleasure in my beautiful homeland. This time I discovered the Masone Labyrinth and an amazing artist, Marco Barina, who exhibited that moment. Marco Barina creates almost sacred figures close to ancestors and everyday objects found in flea markets. His sculptures become primitive and robotic and correct you with ever-changing eyes. Funny for those who want to say, Marco Barina said that my artistic references entered Olympus with great force.
